Practice Paramedic - Our paramedic triages all home visit requests and either visits the patient or passes the visit request to the most appropriate clinician
GP's - Because we have a multi disciplinary team in place it may not always be possible for you to see the clinician of your choice ,our care navigators who work on reception will direct your appointment to the most appropriate clinician at the GP request . This is because our G.P's are in such demand and we try to reserve their patient list for our chronically unwell patients or patients who require specific follow up from a GP . Our G.P's also work less sessions than previously and that is so we can ensure that we recruit and retain G.P's for longer to offer continued care to our patients. We understand that this change is new and difficult for some patients , please try to work with us to ensure we are sustainable
