Whilst we respect the government guidance on relaxing of mask wearing and social distancing , we kindly ask that patients continue to wear face coverings when entering the surgery. This is to protect you, other patients and our staff.

Welcome along to our surgery website where we hope you will quickly benefit from a user friendly layout and a wealth of information about the healthcare services available at both our Bletchley and Furzton sites. We have two sites one in Bletchley,and one in Furzton and we are a partnership of seven Doctors, who serve over 14000 patients, and our practice population is continuing to grow. You can read more about our surgery and the services we offer here

Please note, to stop the spread of COVID-19 and to minimise the risk of infection to staff and other patients please remember you will not be able to enter the building unless you have a pre-booked appointment. Please ensure you read the notification on the booking screen  and book your appointment with the right clinician .Minor illness should be booked with our Urgent Care Practitioners. You may received a text message for you to complete a questionnaire for further information ahead of your appointment.

If you are off sick from work for up to 7 days you should complete an employment statement of sickness form and self certify, there is no requirement for you to see a gp for this. The form can be downloaded and printed here Self certification

Convenience doesn’t stop there and you can now access a number of services online. Ordering a repeat prescription you can access online .And if you’re not yet registered with us you can download the necessary forms from our website too.

Online Prescriptions

You can now register at the practice to order prescriptions through  SystmOnline. Please complete a form from our reception.

We have now moved to Electronic Prescribing please inform us of your nominated pharmacy for this service enabling your prescriptions to be sent electronic to the pharmacy ready for your collection
